Mar 10, 2009 Had this one on draught as part of WinTour 3 at the brewpub in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Opaque dark brown pour with a light brown head, soy sauce and coffee in the nose, mild and milky, a very sessionable stout.

Mar 5, 2002 Smooth and creamy chocolate/coffee-style stout. Had at the brewpub, on tap. A nice restaurant, by the way, that began its architectural life as a railroad station. Worth checking out the next time you’re in Green Bay. Go Packers!

Jun 27, 2005 Brewpub sampler. Black body, lasting tan head. Big fatty malt in this guy! Most Excellent sweet chocolate malt with a good rich mouthfeel. Rosaty malt aroma, pretty weak though. A great beer for malt-heads.

Mar 15, 2009 tap - Poured black with creamy tam head. on nitro so it looks like guinness.
Aroma - roasted chocolate malt and coffee.
Flavor - roasted dark malt, chocolate syrup and molasses.
Palate - medium mouthfeel with little carbonation. Finish is slightly bitter and has roasted nut aftertaste.
Overall - pretty damn good stout. Tastes alot like guinness with more chocolate taste.

Nov 23, 2007 On nitro charge at the brewpub/restaurant in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours an opaque dark brown brew with a creamy light tan head that has excellent retention and lacing. The nitro charge does nice to this beverage. Aroma of dark toasted black malt, some molasses, milk chocolate and a touch of mocha. Taste is medium to full bodied, smooth, creamy with a distinct milk chocolate flavor with toasted oatmeal malt. Finish is semi-sweet with a very mild bitterness that disappears quickly.

Jul 9, 2005 Opaque and dark brown with ruby accents. Wonderful creamy, dark tan head. Nice bitter chocolate and espresso-laden aroma. I love what these malts are indicating. Medium-to-full bodied. Freshly roasted French coffee mixed with a gourmet hot chocolate mix. Not aggressive, but smooth and sound in style.
