Commercial Description:
We brewed this golden-orange ale with wheat, maize, and three barley malts, creating a complex nutty flavor preceding a dash of American hops and a balanced, satisfying finish.

On tap at Titletown. Poured translucent golden with a well-retained cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet candy-like pale malts along with enjoyable medium-skinned fruitage.. nicely done. The flavor found buttery pale malts surrounded by heavier floral notes and a dry grassy bitterness.. finished tacky with mostly unidentifiable bitterness and some boozy esters. Light-bodied with not-so-good bitterness on the palate.. too sharp at the close.

This light cream ale is probably named after the road and parking lot construction on Dousman Street, in front of the brewpub. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring and very little lacing. Aroma of light fruity and golden grain malt with a touch of citrus zest and flowery hops. Taste is light bodied, some average carbonation with flavors of golden grain and crystal malt, with a gritty and grassy hop character. Finish is semi-dry with a mild bitterness and golden grain aftertaste. This is more of a summer light pilsner style than a cream ale but still refreshing.

Pours a golden color with a medium frothy white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, with a slight citrus/hoppiness. This doesn’t strike me as any cream ale I’ve had - seems a lot like an amber ale or something. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Easy-drinking but nothing special.

Pours a bright straw yellow colour with a fairly large white white head. Initial aroma is of rich complex malt character, slight honey and bread. Taste is creamy, fairly rich and definately refreshing. Long lingering finish, slightly acidic mouthfeel.
