Titletown Dunkelweizen

Dark chocolate colour, malty, sweet in the beginning, and slightly bitter in the finish, roasted nuts, caramel, syrupy, and the head was a tan colour.

Pours a murky brown color. Nose is roasted malt, clove and banana. Taste is much the same some slight bitterness in the finish. Not bad but not excellent. An average dunkelweizen.

I like this dunkel better than my esteemed colleague muzzlehatch.

Opaque light brown; no head to speak of. Caramelly-sweet at first, wheat character only comes out in the nose and flavor as it warms. Little bitterness on the end, very smooth.
