Unfrotunately, this was a couple of months ago, and my memory is faint. Nice place to visit, All the samples were tatsty. JPDIPSO (4280), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Apr 7, 2008 Amber color with a thin white head. Pale and lightly toasted malt with a touch of mellow wood. Mild caramel, toast malt and pecans. I catch a very sharp bitter bite in the finish that wrecks everything ahead of it. Skyview (2901), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Mar 29, 2008 On draught at the brewpub in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden copper brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of roasted caramel malt, some grassy hops a touch of of pear fruit. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of caramel malt some roasted nuts and grassy hops. Finish is slightly dry with a mild caramel aftertaste that quickly disappears.
