On tap at Titletown. Pours an amber color with thin of white head. Aroma is light cherry, floral hops, spice and mild malt. Taste is light fruit, citrus hops, light malt backbone and light fruit. Moderate carbonation and slight dryness in the finish. Good stuff!

On draught at the Titletown brewpub in downtown Green Bay, WI. Pours a clear copper amber colored brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of sweet English caramel malt, some floral hops, toffee and a touch of dark pitted fruits. Taste is light to medium bodied, some dry floral hops with caramel malt and a touch of toffee. Finish has a mild bitterness at first and then a creamy caramel aftertaste that slowly disappears. It’s more of an English style Pale Ale than an IPA. Would have given a few higher marks if this was an English Pale Ale.

One of the more recent additions to the Titletown lineup: Pours a dark mahogany colour, with a full creamy white head. Aroma is very faint or my nose is stuffed- might be both. Very subtle floral notes, fresh hops and pepper on the nose. Taste is mildly green-like, like grassy. Some spinach, kale, lettuce like flavours immediately. For the hops, it’s very soft. Definately english style. Full creamy mouthfeel. OVerall medium bodied brew.

On tap at the brewpub during a planned detour on my way up to Door County. Poured to a shaker, a clear, copper/gold hue with off white foam to the head that reduced to a small perimeter ring, and periods and commas for lacing. The aroma presented a hint of yeast, some light graininess, toasty malt, and light mid-fruit, with resulting subtle sweetness. The flavor added to these some moderate hop bitterness and a dry finish. A decent IPA enjoyed in good company with a number of mug club members and locals.

Pours an amber color with a thin off-white head. Aroma is rye-like malts, oak, and earthy hops. Taste is rye or syrup-like malts, soapy hops, and oak. The mouthfeel and finish just doesn’t do it for me, it gave me a bit of gut rot. Maybe a bit too syrupy malts, and that combined with the unbalanced oak makes it a tinge askew. Not my favorite T-Town Brew.
