Commercial Description:
This bronze-colored Belgian-style "biere de table" ("table beer") features a rich biscuit-like malt profile complemented by the spicy notes of Belgian yeast. Full of flavor and body; smooth and easy-drinking. Often enjoyed with food and family, bieres de table are central to Belgian beer culture, serving to introduce Belgians to their country’s tradition of fine ales.

Pours a light copper color with a thin off-white head. Aroma is yeast, spice, light fruit, and some wet hops. Taste is light citrus, light hops, a perfect mixture of an APA and a toned-down Belgian. My favorite T-Town Brew.

On draught at the Titletown brewpub as Brett’s Waff-Ale. Pours a clear copper amber colored brew with a creamy off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of light toasted biscuit malt, a hint of yeast and some floral hops. Taste is light bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of light biscuit malt, floral hops and a touch of clove. Finish is light, slightly dry, crisp, clean cut with a very short bitterness.

Very easy to drink.. very low key on spice hop and malt. good balance. Great stiff head beer went well with the meal.

It could have been one of those things, which it probably was. But too much flavourful beer equals a confused palate. Pour me another cup of coffee, cause im that beer drinking man! Bright, semi clear golden colour with nice spicey notes and soft yeastiness on the palate. Some pineaple, malts and fruit concoctions that are noticeable. But overall the taste was light to me. Again, it was probablyh just me. The beer was FANTASTIC but light for my palate. Thanks Dave!

Pours a rich copper color with thin off-white head. Aroma is of peanut butter, yeast, Belgian spice, and clove. Taste is much the same with muted spice, malt nuttiness, and mild fruit. Slight tannic flavor. Not bad.
