motelpogo (4124), Plzen, Czech Republic Oct 31, 2007 bottled, today, at caffe emily. they always have this advertised on the menu but they’ve never had it in stock before, although a few months ago they sold me a bottle with the tmavy rous label but it turned out to be the svetly. anyway, today they told me they were out of the tmavy so i ordered the svetly and sure enough out came a purple beer with a lasting off-white head. makes sense, i guess. quite excitable, i believe both of the rous beers are bottle conditioned which makes them a real rarity in this country. aroma of stewed stonefruits, caramel, slightly tinny hops. very drinkable, soft texture, zero fizz, faint rye sweetness, modest bitterness, quite fruity. quality stuff
