Commercial Description:
(Brewer and ABV not stated on bottle / can). Traditional class D pilsener, contract brewed for Roma Mineralvann, a soft drink producer / distributor. With long traditions of soft drink production since 1920, Roma have now trodden new paths and have had a brew of their own developed for their customers. Tømmermann is a pilsener type with a golden colour and exquisite flavour! The beer is brewed on barley malts with a small portion of wheat. With a carefully balanced content of hops, the brew is characterized by a rich but still mellow flavour experience. Tømmermann Pils is a brew of its own, sold exclusively through Roma Mineralvann dealers.

Can. Dense lasting white head. Very pale golden, almost liveless body. Interesting label; 1800-century farmer with baggy trousers, smoking a pipe, with a big stick in his hands (!) Well... Nice but limited aromas of grassy and flowery hops. Quite sweet mallty/grainy taste. Very lightly hopped. Thin-bodied, quite watery. Overall an average, but not that bad, Norwegian macrolager.

330ml bottle. Clear golden body with a dense white head. The aroma has a faint hint of malt. Flavor is a bit sweet malt and fruity with almost no hop at all. Body is a bit watery. Rather average.

330ml bottle. Pale golden body topped by a small foamy head. Notes of fruits and wheat in aroma. Orange fruity sweetness in taste mixed with a touch of barley malts. Overcarbonated. Fairly standard Norwegian pilsener (21.11.2006).

(Can 50 cl) Pours a clear, pilsener golden with a white head. Fresh, lightly hoppy aroma. Medium body with some lightly sweet pilsener malt. Very discreet hopping. But quite quaffable. 150906
