Commercial Description:
Tommyknockers slipped into the mining camps in the 1800's with the discovery of gold to the West. The majestic Rocky Mountains have inspired the cool refreshing taste of Alpine Glacier Lager. As clean and fresh as the rushing water from icy streams and as brisk as a climb up a frozen glacier, this brew contains the finest ingredients in the Tommyknocker tradition.

A very fruity nose. Pale in appearance almost see through. Looks like a bud light in the glass. Taste has a little more body than a typical American beer, but not a whole lot. Nothing on the palate, like drinking water. Overall impression buy Miller High Life.. Very close to this beer..

english pint / slightly tart, lemony, slightly doughy aroma. slightly active, slightly hazy, with a little floaties... straw/yellow body, big white head that diminishes slowly, airy. lemony flavor, primarily. slightly cloy, thick yet prickly... just not that good. meh. not a good beer, really. basically. it’s a sweet and sour grassy pils with nothing to write home about, and i mean NOTHING...

Strangely cloudy gold in color with a healthy head and good carbonation, this has a fairly fresh grassy and sweet aroma. The flavor, more of the same, the sweetness tasting honey-like. A twist of lemon, too. Not great, but not a bad brew.

Pours a light and slightly cloudy gold. A thin white head. The aroma is nearly nonexistent. Hints of grains. The taste is sweet and corny. A little bit of dust. Not much going on here. Very light and inoffensive.

Very bland overall almost no flavor or aroma. Decent only because it’s not to repulsive.

Hazy pale golden-yellow , has a small foamy white head that doesn’t last very long, light grainy and grassy aromas. Starts with a light bready and grainy flavor, finishes clean and smooth, light and watery mouthfeel, not much going on here but alright for the style.

Bottle: Unpleasant sour grassy aroma. Pours a pale yellow with a fizzy white head that diminishes quickly. Very weak and watery flavor. Just a light malt skunk finish and that’s it. Thin. 0-2 today.
