Commercial Description:
Tommyknockers slipped into the mining camps in the 1800's with the discovery of gold to the West. The majestic Rocky Mountains have inspired the cool refreshing taste of Alpine Glacier Lager. As clean and fresh as the rushing water from icy streams and as brisk as a climb up a frozen glacier, this brew contains the finest ingredients in the Tommyknocker tradition.

I’m not very experienced with just plain lagers. But this one was nice to see a golden pour and easy to drink. No dominant qualities to speak of, just a lager that would be best recommended to be bought in a six pack.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy pale yellow golden with a medium creamy white head that leaves sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a sweet malt with clove and wheat. The taste is a crisp sweet malt with a clean finish. Easy to drink, a decent premium lager from Tommyknocker.

Pour is a clear yellow with an average white head. Aroma is a small amount of sweet malts. Flavor is more of a grassy with almost no hop profile. I don’t know what the difference between a premium lager and a regular pale lager but both are pretty bland.

12 oz bottle. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow color with a big white head that could use a bit more retention but has nice lacing. Aroma is slightly vegetal and just a slight cooked corn smell hiding behind sweet malt. Flavor is slightly grassy with a touch of sweet malt. Nothing remarkable. Not something I am willing to pay a premium price for though.

Nice hazy yellow orange with a quick white head leaves a ring. Aroma is really malty, light grassy hoppiness. Nice sweet malt taste, some lemony citrus and grassy hop finish. Underrated I would think.
