May 29, 2005 A light orange beer with a fine but disappearing white head. The aroma is very flowery. The flavor is sweet flowery with notes of caramel, leading to a hoppy end. I’m surprised how little malty this beer is.

Oct 6, 2007 35.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Flowery and slight citric aroma. Softly carbonated. Fruity and floral flavour, slight spiced and wheat-like. Ends only minor bitter and maintains the same slight spiced and citric flavour into the finish. I really enjoyed the mellow floral flavours of this brew.

clear yellow with lots of carbonation and a big white head, light sweet malt aroma with a sharp bitter hops, creamy body, light malt flavor with a touch of sweetness well balanced with a light hop dusting, a good drinking beer but not my style

Jul 30, 2005 Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Bottle best within 4 months of March ’05. Aromas of flowers with malts. Tastes of light grass and some sweet malts. Aromas and tastes (the tastes more so) on the softer side. Thin and watery body.

Sep 30, 2005 on tap-pours a thin white head with yellow body. Aroma is sweet grain. Taste is Grain with good carbonation. And a crisp mouthfeel. This was the first beer from Tommyknocker I tried, and was quite pleased after the mixed reviews I had heard after arriving in Colorado.

Feb 6, 2006 Bottle... Hazy, light yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The nose is of menthol, straw and butterscotch (odd). Thin, watery flavor. Good balance with just a hint of grain. Light-bodied and astringent with medium carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry.

Nov 7, 2007 Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Hazy, yellow pour with a nice, white head. Fruity, slightly dusty, peppery, citrusy nose with some spicyness. Oranges, some sweetness, pale malt and spicy notes in the flavor. Medium body. The finish is pleasant, with fruityness and a little fruit-like acidity. A pleasant, quenching, quaffable beer. Really enjoyable lager. (071005)
