Flavor of bread, some caramel and a slight tobacco hint. It’s warming to drink, but then again I’m cold right now. Full body. Enjoyable. Rustyham (565), miami, Florida, USA

Nice flavor on this beer, enjoyed it, definitely taste some caramel, The lack of bubbles/head on this one are a little unexpected, but all in all had a nice taste to it.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Pretty solid. Quite nutty, some chocolate. Mouthfeel is kinda thin and overcarbonated. Pretty quaffable for 8.2%, even though that’s not really what I look for in a doppelbock.
