070917-Tommyknocker Fitzy’s Bitter-on tap-pours a retaining white head that laces and cloudy dark yellow color. Aroma is citrus/grapefruit hops. Taste is dry and bitter citrus/grapefruit rind/lemon rind/pine hops, secondary medium malt. Finish is squeaky clean, very dry and very bitter. Good carbonation. Seems like an I2PA. sipping and the tongue can handle the raw for one pint.
