I was dissapointed by the T-Knocker. introduced to the brewer at the Brewgrass festival in Ashville in Oct. 05 and liked them. oh well. hot day and its around, drink it. I wouldn’t seek it out. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 23, 2007 A nice wheat beer with whispers of citrus thanks to the addition of lemon grass. Color is cloudy amber, so you know it hasn’t been filtered. Aroma has a hint of lemon, as does the taste, which is typical of a wheat beer. Pleasant and uncomplex, it has just a little bit of a hoppy bite. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 15, 2007 Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours a slight cloudy golden with a thin white head. Aroma of lemon and grassy hops. The flavor is sweet, lemons, and citrus. Thin bodied, ok brew. urbnhautebourg (974), Annapolis, Maryland, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Wierd, lemony aroma and flavor that tastes ok, but comes across as a gimmick. I want malt and hops, not lemongrrass. Probably would go great with Thai food. SledgeJr (2960), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 27, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. pours a cloudy rich gold with a limited white head. Very lemony aroma. The body is thin, watery, and boring. I get no wheat yeast esters at all. Disappointing. Rynoplasty (507), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 22, 2007 Pours a hazy golden/amber with a medium sized white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is of pale malts with a hint of citrus. Taste is also of pale malts, but with wheat as well as the citrus flavor from the lemongrass. Overall, a good refreshing spring/summer brew. demitriustown (693), Shelby Township, Michigan, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Feb 21, 2007 Bottle A fruity wheat and hop aroma, lemon, and a very acidic scent. Appearance is a clear golden pour with a medium sized white head that dissipates quickly. It’s got some really good lacing in this beer. Very carbonated. Taste is really uneven and somewhat harsh, definate wheat notes, but it’s seems really grainy. It’s kind of like seltzer water in my mouth with all that carbonation. Palate is decent, a lightly bitter and somewhat corny aftertaste. Overall, There a 10 times better Wheat’s out there. Booooo! sfontain (506), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jan 28, 2007 Lightly hazy, light brown body; almost no head. Aroma is wheat and apple juice; citrusy and lightly sour. Flavor mirrors aroma. Thin. This is another garbage beer from Tommyknocker, and possibly another infection. Drainpour.
