Commercial Description:
An American-style wheat ale brewed with 30% malted wheat and 2 row barley. Low hopping rates allow the refreshing aroma and citrus flavor of a late addition of lemon grass to dominate. This unfiltered beer retains all of its protein, flavor, and some of its yeast, resulting in a traditionally cloudy appearance. 2000 North American Brewers Asc. Gold Medal

Clear fizzy yellow color with a fully diminishing thin white head. Faint aroma of light honey and lemon. Somewhat sweet flavor with hints of earthiness and some dryness.

Very pale gold body. Light amount of white head. A soapy hop aroma, not that enjoyable. Very thin taste, sweet hops are integrated with the wheat. Maybe some pear is evident in this. Carbonation is very evident in the ending.

Bottle... Looks like pear juice with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Good retention. Tons of cheap perfume and mango in the nose. Funky. Perfectly balanced flavor. Thin with same notes as aroma. Light-bodied and fizzy. Finishes bone dry and weird. Thanks to growler for the bottle!

Rerate Neutral aroma, cloudy medium orange appearance. tight white head. Muted fruitiness, slight spiciness. Decently thick mouthfeel. Original 3.0 Market Square Liquors, Tallahassee, Fl. 12 oz bottle. Pleasant murky light orange pour with a thick enough clumpy white head. Sweet aroma with hints of bubble gum, lemon and mint - quite pleasant. Flavor is a bit clumsy, not sure where it is going - some lemon, a hint of cake mix, Christmas spices and grass. Altogether, a decent combination. Mouthfeel is thick enough - slight spritziness. Overall, decent.

Pleasant, lemony, citrus, golden ale wheat aroma. Moderately cloudy, bad label, webby white head. Doughy, lightly sweet, lightly tart, not very crisp. WIlting finish with a fading tartness. Not very estery, not very hoppy, not very fizzy. I’m sorry, but lemongrass just isn’t a sufficiently robust flavor to build a beer around.

Cloudy yellow with a white head that dissapates quickly. Aroma is lemon, spice, and grain. Good malt for the style. Flavor is reminiscent of fruit loops and lemon. Sweet with no noticable hops.

Cloudy yellow thin head, pretty basic american wheat, lemon, and slight spiciness to it, but it was very smooth, and very refreshing, not complex but I liked it.

Had this one a few months back at the AA meeting at summits. Rotten bananna color to it. I got a dusty light aroma, kinda had a fruity pebbles hint to it. Didnt have anything to speak of in the light body except for being light.
