Do people really buy this again and again, or do they rely on one time customers? jeremytoni (1091), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 13, 2008 I’m happy to say this is my 100th beer rating!! But unfortunatly, such an occasion is marked with unsatisfactory beer. This came as part of the trail mix multi pack, and the 4 I’ve had so far have given craft brewing a bad name. This pours a classic hazy yellow, with fluffy white head. It’s aroma is slightly skunky with subtle maltyness. The flavor is just really light, really no other way of describing. As I said previously, I will never purchase tommyknocker again. Bockyhorsey (2511), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 1, 2008 12oz bottle. Wheat grain aroma. Yellow body with white head. Flavor of wheat grains and a mild bitterness. Went well with the spicey pizza for dinner. alobar (1015), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 21, 2008 Pours a cloudy straw color with next to no head. Aroma of wheat, yeast and some lemon. Some carbonation. Taste of wheat, lemon with a touch of yeast. bubbleflubber (892), Collinsville, Virginia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 19, 2008 Pours cloudy golden straw with a thin ring head that follows all the way down the glass, leaving light soap lace. Very light nose on this one.... sweet wheat predominates. Wheat and yeast, again lightly noted, produce some small citrus and wheat bread flavors. This seems pretty well-integrated, honestly, but very underdone. Sweet wheat transfers into the finish, but with semi-lively carbonation levels and a thinner mouthfeel, this feels rather bland for the style... and certainly nothing to write home about. obxdude10 (1556), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 15, 2008 This pours a golden color with a thin white head. It left a little lacing around the glass. The flavors were really fruity and sweet, with a little hint of bread and yeast. The aroma featured slight notes of grapefruit and grass. The body was fairly heavy for a wheat beer. There was just nothing outstanding about this. It was neither really good or really bad. It was pretty indifferent. I’d drink it if it were offered, but I wouldn’t go out and buy a sixer of it. drjay44 (775), Salida, Colorado, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 6, 2008 Wheat beers are supposed to be light with some variable citrus, mild spice, and a gifft of refreshment on a warm to hot day. This was too light even for the style and had none of the other attributes. Have they changed the recipe since 2000?
