There is some light sediment. The beer is sweet and cleanly bodied with a heavy grassy component and but a mere tinge of lemon-bitter finish. OK, especially considering the age. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 20, 2003 When poured into my glass this brew had a large white frothy head with mostly fine bubbles. The body was cloudy and the hue was straw. It had a lemon aroma to it and a taste of lemon along with an acidic taste. This brew had good lacing. It tasted thin and a bit watery. This brew lacked character as nothing really special stood out with this particular American Wheat. It was on the flat side in my opinion. PorterPounder (3138), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Muted fruitiness, slight spiciness. Decently thick mouthfeel. Original 3.0 Market Square Liquors, Tallahassee, Fl. 12 oz bottle. Pleasant murky light orange pour with a thick enough clumpy white head. Sweet aroma with hints of bubble gum, lemon and mint - quite pleasant. Flavor is a bit clumsy, not sure where it is going - some lemon, a hint of cake mix, Christmas spices and grass. Altogether, a decent combination. Mouthfeel is thick enough - slight spritziness. Overall, decent. GeneralGao (3057), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 1, 2007 12 oz bottle. Poured a very pale clear golden color. Head, fizzy, white, and disappeared immediately. No lace was left behind. Smelled of light honey and sugary candy, kind of like cherry Pez. More effervescent than I had expected and slightly sweet. Tasted like lemon Pez. Body was on the light side. Pretty boring. SledgeJr (2961), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

The body is thin, watery, and boring. I get no wheat yeast esters at all. Disappointing. JK (2955), Richfield, Minnesota, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 4, 2006 It looks good enough; orange and some sediment. Lemongrass in the aroma with very light wheat. It does has some body to it. Flavor is lemon grass and this makes it very dry. Some sweet wheat, but overall fairly light. The lemon grass is interesting and works well enough.
