Interesting but weak aroma of lemongrass, honey, wheat, orangepeel. Flavor quite citrusy, acidic, reasonably malty, ok. Ehhh. obxdude10 (1561), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 15, 2008 This pours a golden color with a thin white head. It left a little lacing around the glass. The flavors were really fruity and sweet, with a little hint of bread and yeast. The aroma featured slight notes of grapefruit and grass. The body was fairly heavy for a wheat beer. There was just nothing outstanding about this. It was neither really good or really bad. It was pretty indifferent. I’d drink it if it were offered, but I wouldn’t go out and buy a sixer of it. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 2, 2006 Pleasant, lemony, citrus, golden ale wheat aroma. Moderately cloudy, bad label, webby white head. Doughy, lightly sweet, lightly tart, not very crisp. WIlting finish with a fading tartness. Not very estery, not very hoppy, not very fizzy. I’m sorry, but lemongrass just isn’t a sufficiently robust flavor to build a beer around. TheBeerCollector (548), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 7, 2005 An average wheat beer at best. Pours a cloudy straw color with a billowing white head that quickly vanishes. A slight citrusy flavor soon gives way to a watery mouthfeel. This would probably be quite refreshing on a hot summer afternoon but I wouldn’t invest in more of it with so many superior alternatives available. goldtwins (4083), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 9, 2005 Poured a very hazy light copper with a small white head. Aroma of lemon candy and perfume. Wheaty flavors of lightly tart lemon. Almost tastes like lemoade. Light body aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Nov 28, 2005 This beer pours gold with a slight chill haze that fades as it warms up. The aroma is apparently devoid of all hop aroma. Slight maltiness, vague fruitiness (almost like the dried rasberry aroma from the raspberry black tea my wife drinks.) Not bad, but infinitely forgettable. Ungstrup (15261), Frederiksberg, Denmark

The aroma is like an ale with notes of oranges and lemon. The flavor is strong of lemon grass with wheat lingering in the background. hayden1215 (305), Ohio, USA
