Pours a hazy gold with an average size white head. Nose is lemon and butterscotch. Taste start with some lemongrass and wheat, a bit of vanilla, then some butter, and ends tart. High carbonation. Light body. Pretty easy to drink and the lemongrass makes it unique and definately worth a try. Rynoplasty (546), Louisville, Kentucky, USA

Aroma is of pale malts with a hint of citrus. Taste is also of pale malts, but with wheat as well as the citrus flavor from the lemongrass. Overall, a good refreshing spring/summer brew. bsierra (213), Vista, California, USA

The nose is pleasantly sweet with gentle lemon grass whiffs. The flavor was crisp and refreshing with a nice light mouthfeel complimented by the citrus taste throughout. I really enjoyed this one and think it’d be great for a warm summer day after a surf session~ RSRIZZO (1369), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 1, 2007 Had this beer on 11/13/1998. Color is a light gold with the slightest haze and a good bit of sediment floating around. Carbonation and head are good. Aroma has a nice hop scent and a touch of a grassy a scent in it. Taste is light and refreshing with a nice lemon flavor in it. It starts off with a light body that goes down crisp and fresh. The finish has a good hop flavor, a light bitterness and a faint lemon taste. I’m not sure if the flavor comes from hops or the lemon grass but it is very good Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA

Nose is citrusy, a bit earthy, clean and crisp, slightly ’Perfumy’. Front is sweet, the top is light to medium, the finish is lightly hopped, acidic and somewhat dry, a decent beer, nice on these hot humid afternoons. Ranks #699 on my master list of beers. crizay (1050), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 14, 2006 Cloudy yellow thin head, pretty basic american wheat, lemon, and slight spiciness to it, but it was very smooth, and very refreshing, not complex but I liked it. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA

The flavor is slightly bland. Not a perfectly crisp beer, but smooth and somewhat spring-like about the flavor. Leaves a light coating on the tongue. Has a tart and strange (almost lemony) finish. I would try it again
