Dec 3, 2008 Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma was sweetish, peppery and lightly yeasty. The flavor was sweettart candies with with touches of artificial citrus and yeastiness. Decent body. Ok.

Sep 7, 2007 Bottle. Very clear honey body with a thin foam of bubbles. Nose-kinda sickly and dirty. Notes of vomit sawdust, pot roast, and meat come out. Taste-better than the nose. Medium wheat, light blueberry, light sweet hops, seltzer, fruity esters in the background. Good smelling for a pot roast, better tasting. A slightly above average American Wheat.

Feb 8, 2008 Light amber with a frothy white head that hangs around. Tart wheat smell with apples and herbs. Med bodied, smooth, and easy drinking. Sweet tart flavors of wheat malt and apple cider make for a refreshing brew here. 102906

Jun 28, 2006 The aroma is light but has lemon grass and the right malt smell for a wheat beer. The appearance is hazy gold with lots of particles and a small head. The flavor is very nice with plenty of malt and a wheat emphasis. The bitterness is upfront and light. The finish is malty but watery. The palate is weak and thin. This is a good beer that could stand a thicker head and palate but I would have another.

Oct 7, 2007 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Degarth. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Fresh, lightly citrusy nose. Light in body with a soft mouthfeel an lightly sweet, wheaty accents. Distinct and pleasant accents of the added lemon grass. Almost no bitterness. Close to being the perfect summer quencher. 051007

Jul 23, 2007 Bottle (Jack Whacker? what were they thinking!0. Cloudy yellow with white head. Mild nose of lemon citrus, tart wheat, and faint malt. Flavor is pretty subdued, with a touch of lemon, malt sweetness, and crisp finish. A bit watery, but all in all a refreshing brew-- drunk after biking around Dillon Lake, righteous. I’m surprised at the bashing this one takes.
