Oct 15, 2008 Actually better than I expected. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium to large sized foamy white head. Nose is a bit of spice, wheat, and honey. Taste is about the same. Nothing offensive here and pretty well balanced. Underrated IMO.

Jun 8, 2007 Good brew. Pours a slightly cloudy light amber. Malt and citrus in the aroma, also a touch of grass. Light on the palate with notes of citrus and grass. Taste is very smooth and refreshing. I can definitely sense the lemon grass there. A great warm summer day beer.

Jul 5, 2009 "Interesting beer. Pours a hazey bright golden colour with a full creamy top. Aroma is pleasent with noticeable lemongrass right away. Some yeasty esters. wheat and banannas on the nose. Taste is pleasent with some soft spices, firm citrus notes and just a hint of bitter hops in the finish. Great for a hot day!

Jun 25, 2008 Soft fruit and citrus nose. Hazy amber color, medium head. Mild sweetness, some lemony tartness, slight bitterness. Silky mouth feel, decent carbonation, citrusy finish. Really refreshing and different wheat beer.

Jul 6, 2008 12oz bottle from Total Wine (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy yellow golden with a thin white, frothy white head. Aroma is wheat, grain, sour ripe fruit, grass, honey, malty sweetness. Flavor is most bready with notes of honey, sweet malt, faint spice, slight tangy citrus. Light-bodied, slightly watery with some slight notes of bitterness of finish. Probably better than it is rated here.

Apr 4, 2009 (bottle). Pours a yellow color. Medium to large size head, which is white in color. Aromas of grass and wheat. Taste of wheat and lemongrass. Smooth finish which is somewhat watery, with a lasting wheat taste. Medium carbonation.

Jun 21, 2008 On tap at the Brewery. Definitely not a hefe from the motherland. Interesting with out of place notes. There is no real development of ripe bananas or even, (in a good way) bubble gum flavours. Light and new in all aspects, worth a try when in CO.
