Cask Stillage from the Jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 25/09/2009 Hop aroma. Small white head. Godlen amber coloured smooth on the palate and a little pale with a hint of bitterness in a crisp malt finish.

This one came in a vareity pack. Wasn’t the best offering, that’s for sure. I’d pass on this one.

POurs amber with thin tan head. Nose is sweet malt and some hints of hops. Flavor is very malty, buttery, some fruitiness. Not a very good beer.

A little too thick and dark for an amber (for my tastes). The smell reminds me of the floor of my college fraternity the morning after a party.

12 oz bottle served in a clear pint glass. Pour was a light caramel with about 2 fingers of slightly off-white head. Nose is malts, caramel apples, and a very light hop. Taste is a watery, lightly malted brew that is very mild on all fronts. This beer is another swill that is lost in the sea of complex, successful beers. On a side a note, this brew could be enjoyed all night.

Looks like iced tea with a small white head that disappears rapidly. Weird, hop and malt mixed taste with a dry finish. Not too bad but not too good either.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Straightforward sweet fruity and caramelly/nutty.
