poured an attractive amber color with creamy head. the aroma was sweet and malty. quite nice. the flavor was lacking however. very water mouth feel and taste. hints of malt and slightly sweet. the finish was sour much like lime juice. a poor amber.

Dark copper color, very thin white head, sweet malt aroma. Light malt sweetness, very faint hop flavor. Thin body, taste quickly fades. This is better than the Tommy Knockers Alpine Glacier I just had the displeasure of tasting. Disappointed so far in my purchase of the variety pack of Tommy Knockers, 2 down 4 to go.

Golden orange pour with a short fizzy white head. Light caramel, malt sweetness, yogurt, and grainy aroma. Watery, thin mouthfeel. Flavor is grainy and malty sweet. In the end this amber doesn’t hold much interest.

A hazy peach colored beer with a fine off-white head. Sweet fruity and grainy aroma with tones of peach, citrus and herb. Peachy and citrusy flavor, thin bodied and a foamy mouthful. Drinkable but forgetable also.

Bottle. Dark amber color and average rocky off-white head. Clear body. Aroma was moderate roasted malt and light hop with a toffee tone. Flavor was moderate sweet and had an average sweet finish with a light bitter. Medium creamy body.

The head on this one is offwhite and hangs around for a bit. Hoppy in aroma but a little disappointing in body and flavor for an amber ale. It is very drinkable but a little less than I hoped it would be. Mine was brewed about 3 months ago which may have been appropriate aging for this lager.

english pint / amber body, chill haze, not active at all. frothy and white head that likes to linger. initially, the beer is just this cold and tart cheddar cheese. actually, this beer is bad. sour, cheesy, lemony, ugh... drainpour.
