| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Sep 1, 2008 Deep orange head and not much of a head. Everything about this is slight....aroma, flavor, palate. If they wanted a boring inoffensive beer, kudos to them alobar (1035), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 23, 2008 Cloudy orange color with some ruby tint. No head. Sweet aroma of bread. Taste is similar-sweet with a crisp finish. mnurda (434), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Aug 21, 2008 Marginal beer at best. Bit of a tinny taste (which seemed to be present in all their offerings). Did well in a pinch (i.e. desparate) but would not try this again. BeerBaron617 (312), Novi, Michigan, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 20, 2008 well, this was the last one left in my trail mix multi pack. And I definitly(although not intentionally) saved the worst for last. If I didn’t know any better I would say this was an Anheiser-Busch product. It pours a hazy reddish brown with no head and no lacing. It has a sweet aroma. The flavor is best described as "blah" If anyone at tommyknocker ends up reading this, I would definitly rethink the way you are brewing your beer. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 19, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear amber with a small, fizzy, off-white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, cookie), light hops (flowers), average yeast (dough) with notes of apples and pears. Light bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. gotohelunc (476), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 17, 2008 Bottle. Mild cloudiness in a golden color. Nearly headless. Nose of straw and corn, with a similar flavor. Some sourdough bread mixed with some malts. Finishes sour. Definitely a below average amber. MrBunn (1554), Western, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 5, 2008 Bottle. Although the label says "Amber lager," pour is more like a dark, dark amber (or maybe tarnished penny color). Head is minimal and aromas are of sweet malts and dust. I recoiled from the first sip... don’t know if it hit me just wrong or what, but things got better after tht. Still, flavors are a dull mix of sweet malts and a bit of a spice presence. I’m not sure if I’m broken or what, but I’m just not appreciating this very much.
