The nose is of caramel or Munich malts with a suggestion of mint. Excellenty balanced flavor, but mostly bland. Maybe a touch beefy with a hint of caramel. Medium-bodied with an almost creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Finishes astringently.
