Bottle. Hazy medium amber with an average off-white head that diminished quickly. Moderate bitter flavor with moderate bitter short finish. Complex brew with a refreshing mature.

Fruity hoppy nose on this one.. Very inviting. Not a heavy beer. Amber in color with a nice white head. Fruity very hopped up taste. I liked this one and would buy it again when I’m in the mood for a ple ale..

Bottle. Lightly hazed amber. Medium frothy cream-colored head. Nose is lightly hopped with notes of sweet malts, some notes of warm bread, and light citrus notes. Taste is citrusy hops, sweet malts, light spiciness and earthiness. Mouthfeel is dry at the finish. Medium carbonation and a leaning toward light body. Finish is odd. I could swear I taste mint, dry malts, citrusy hops, light hay and bread. The mint/herbal note is throwing me for a loop. It’s different and sort of out of place, but not annoying. Decent.

Pouring a reddish copper color with a brief lived head, this has a pleasant, bitter orange hop aroma. It’s watery, light-bodied. The flavor is fine, light caramel malts with a nice orange rind hop balance, but it is very, very mild. I think the TK folk need to take bigger chances with this and their other beers.

A hazy amber beer with a dispappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, while the flavor is sweet and quite hoppy dry.

Bottled: Amber coloured. Clear. Off white head. Hops, fruit and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour is hoppy and light chocolatish. Is thin bodied and light watery. Ends with a light bitterness.

Bottle: Very nice strong malt, brown sugar, and fruit nose. Pours a transparent amber with a rather insignificant head. Nice lacing. Nice malty caramel taste up front with a citrus and moderate hop finish. Really like the balance on this one.
