Non-offensive to a fault, but a hell of a session beer. Tropical and tasty but again a bit too much on the plain side.

Dated April 08. Caramel orange with a thick two fingers of off white head. Big floral citrus hop aroma. Some caramel malts. Taste is tropical fruits, caramel malts, toast, and a grassy hoppiness.

Bottle: poured an amber color with not much head. The aroma was citrus and a small amount of hops. The flavor sucked. I actually poured this one down the drain. It had a hint of grapefruit, but overall, it sucked. Not sure if I had a bad one, but this was one of the worst I’ve ever had.

12oz bottle. Pours clear amber in color with tan head. Aroma sweet, malty and grapefruit. Taste citrus hops and sweet malt with bitter finish.

Ok, I don’t know, but this beer may have gone bad. It was at a clearance sale at Marty’s. Pours cloudy amber and has an ok looking head. Aroma is ok, but the taste was so metallic and unappealing that I barely want to mention it. There was a lot of flavors, but none of them seemed to match up. This beer was either skunked or it sucked; I don’t know which of those two options is the more probable.

Bottle. Pours murky orange with a creamy, lacey head. Chill haze resulting from me cooling the shit out of it by accident. Aroma of apricot, ripe orange, piney hops and caramel malt. Flavor features some unusual wood, soil, toasty character, and accentuated malt. I see others are identifying this mixture as pineapple. Finish is long but not overly bitter, with some oyster sauce and plastic. Slight alcohol burn going down the throat. Strange, but bold.
