Commercial Description:
A slightly tart, refreshing pale ale made with raspberries, blueberries and other natural fruits. Just as the cinnamon black bear on our label craves the flavor of mountain tundra berries, you'll find our Tundrabeary Ale to be irresistibly delicious.

Has an ale ever ruffled the feathers of so many reviewers on this site? I give it praise for that alone. It is the tartest ale I’ve ever had and that wins it points. I respect this over the top bid. Unfortunately, in the end the sweet grape soda flavor beats out the dry tart ale character.

Tastey and different. A lot like a cut of fancy tea. Not really much of a beer taste, just a blend of many fruit flavors. Different, interesting, but not something I’d order again.

A beer that sounds like a children’s cereal and looks like a sparkling wine. Great! Pours a pinkish peach color with an ultra thin white head that is gone immediately. No real lacing is evident. Fruity aroma. Light-bodied and crisp with a sweet fruit flavor of berries and Starburst. The finish is very bubbly and tart. I didn’t finish the glass.

Medium yellow color, tint of beery color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. A medium bodied fruit beer. Malts are sweet and fruity; The beery flavor is slightly sweet and somewhat in the background. Not to sweet. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Draught @ Tommy Knocker in Idaho Springs, CO. Bright pinkish orange in color with the absence of a head. Not much in the aroma besides the fruits and "other natural fruits" which leads to a scent of fruit snacks and nothing else. A cloying malty sweetness with a meek malt body. Horrific balance.

The worst Ive ever had. I let my friend try it then told him it was bile and he spit it out and told me I was nasty.

Dances alternately with sweetness and bitterness, and finally settles on fruity. Had this one at the brewery and out of a bottle. Much better on tap, but bottle will do. Is anyone in Idaho Springs hiring?
