Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - June to August.
Ingredients: Floor malted barley and wheat, Goldings and Cascade whole hops, finished with Fuggles.
Cwrw Hâf is our immensely popular summer ale. Very light in colour and character. A refreshing citrus palate with a fruity aromatic hop. This makes for a great summer drink.

Cask (Cayo Arms,Cardiff) - Golden in colour with a small white head. Lemon in the aroma with a grapefruit and lightly tart hint. Refreshing lightly hoppy taste with lemon and a twist of grapefruit and pineapple. Not bad at all.

Golden colour, quite heavily carbonated. Light, floral notes, very drinkable session ale.

Clearest pale yellow body, almost headless. Very mellow flavoured. Light floral hops are paired with grainy and kinda vegetal malts. Unclean, grainy-astringent and herbal finish that persists. Unenjoyable as is the case with most Welsh beers… but their ciders are spectacular.

Cask @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear dark yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light yeasty, sour dishcloth. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

(Cask at GBBF, London, 8 Aug 2007) Golden yellow colour with brief white head. Fruity nose with notes of orange, elderflowers and grassy hops. Fruity, grassy taste with citrus, elderflowers and floral, slightly soapy finish. Decent, summery golden ale.
