Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding.<br /> Pours clear orange golden with a fizzy head that soon disappears. Aroma has lots of sweet, red apples. Some caramel as well. High carbonation, pretty dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry fruitiness, lightly vinious, good apple and well-balanced sweetness.

Bottle. Golden cider with a quite dry and lightly sweet aroma, the flavour is plainly dry. Overall an average strong cider.

500 ml bottle courtesy of geth_in_beer. Thanks Geth! Bright orange colour with no head. Aroma is very tart and quite simple with fresh apples and apple skins being the prominent components. Malic tartness in the nose. Flavour is quite sweet and appley. Fairly simple cider without some of the wild yeast character that I associate with some of the better examples, but it still isn’t a bad cider. Crisp and refreshing with a light apple skin tannins across the back of the palate. Fairly enjoyable in its simplicity.
