Adequate lacing. Looks pleasing enough. Aromas of subtley charred maltiness. Some cocoa. A hint of dark fruit. Flavors are weak and subpar. Watery. Take water, add brown crayon, melt. Spineless. Some smidges of maltiness, but not really. Thin mouthfeel. Mindless drinkability. Pass. jcwattsrugger (5582), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 29, 2005 On tap. Pours black with foamy nitro head, a la Guinness. Nutty coffee aroma is pleasant, but taste is unbearably week, mouthfeel thin. Metallic aftertaste. Really a waste of time, even for a nitro beer.
