Pours gold, with minimal head and typical hopcit aromas and flavors. Fairly crisp finish. A good lawnmower brew.

Can. Cloudy gold pour. Nose is grain/cereal, lemon, yeast, grass and toasted malts. Taste is better than expected with strong grassy hops, cereal, toasted malts, soft yeast, and light lemon. Body is medium and moderately carbonated. Seems chewy in spots. Rather thick for a "pale lager". Ends with more toasted malts, cereal, buttery notes, light lemon, yeast and grass. Not a typical pale lager by any stretch and rather drinkable as well.

Had this on tap at the brew pub in Chapel Hill. Pale golden color. Head was gone by the time the glass arrived. Not much nose to speak of. Flavor was slightly malty and pleasant. The hops hide impishly in the background. You get a hint of them with each sip. Crisp finish without upsetting the palate. Decent beer.

Can: Light golden with a white film of head. Clean/dry aroma- bready/crackery, nice. Light and crisp body. Dry flavor with a pale bready dry malt character with crackery notes and grassy mild bitterness. Clean and dry- a great beer to session. I wish there were more simple, well done lagers like this.
