Appearance:Body is of strong herbal in colour almos like coca-cola, body is not clear, head is small, off-white, cappuccino in colour. Body is a bit hazy, reddish, head inicially is fizzy and there is almost no lacing, it is quickly becoming flat. Body looks thick.
Aroma:Strong, nice, characteristic aroma of brown bread, citrus, especially lemon, natural molty extract from barley, honey, strong sweetness, caramell, accidic and mineral aroma, grainy, caraway.
Flavour:Very refreshing, but in the other hand very sweet. Sweet front, than accidic, lemon, spices but not strong, aromatic nose (a fint hint of caraway) and bready maltiness on palate. Taste is swwet but also accidic and spicies with nice bready touch in it?s deepness. Very well balanced drink, very easy going, flavour was modered sweet and modered accidic. Finish duration is rather short.
Palate:Body is full, texture is sweet and sroupy, carbonation is soft to flat ona palate, finish is very gentle, again sweet, even sticky but very well balance. estpiwo (286), Estonia Nov 18, 2007 Canned (0,5L). Aroma is grainy. Golden color with nice white head. Flavor is more watery and less hoppy than Topvar premium. But aftertaste is good hoppy. Nice beer after sauna.
