Commercial Description:
Brewed as a summer refresher! Light in color and body, fermented with Belgian yeast and then finished with natural apricot extract. Great fruit character without all the sweetness.

ambrosia...belgian yeast & apricot nectar clear, pale apricot appearance.., slim white head.... soft aromatics, light hops, freshly fruity....nice, but fairly quiet... created as a summertime refresher...does the trick...easy drinker, simple, tasty, not too challenging...little aftertaste...not quite memorable, but perfect for the dog days of August, you’ve got to admit it... goes down nice and smooth, a certain wheaty feel in the texture, but the body is light...nice little tang...lip-smacking...light and lovely...taste-alicious.

Sweet fruity beers not my thing, but this one was well hopped and more than tolerable. Great orange body, small head, wonderful lacing. Nose of sweet malts, floral hops, and sweet apricots. Taste of sweet malts, caramel, apricots, but balanced with a surprisingly good bitter hoppy finish.

Dense light orange pour. Straightforward nose of apricots. Clover honey brushed onto the edges. Rather singular in taste, but this works in highlighting the bare subtleties of the apricots. Suggests lavender, heather, and lemongrass. Bright and dynamic. Palate is, as expected, quite papery and synthetic. Tightly wound and milky. Malts are heavy in the finish. Very one-dimensional, but simple and successful.

Crisp clear dark copper color. Apricot on the otherwise grainy nose. Strong apricot body with a dry character. Smooth cereal grain finish. The grains linger on the tongue long after the apricot has faded.
