On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy orange color topped by an inch thick off-white head that faded to a thin layer and left some scant spots of lacing. Aroma is mostly dominated by apricot, specifically a sweet skin quality, along with some flesh, a light wheatiness, and some faint doughy yeast. Smooth, semi-sweet entry quickly transitions into a sweet apricot flesh flavor that is offset by a soft floral character that is followed by the same faint doughy yeastiness present in the nose. Moderate carbonation and somewhat full mouth feel. Overall, a decent beer that isn’t exactly overpowered by the fruit, I just hoped some of the other characteristics would be more assertive.

At TH this afternoon. Pint a slightly hazed orange amber with no head or lace. Aroma of apricot and not much else. Not a as much apricot in the flavor as I’d hoped, but a refreshing glass anyway. Not my favorite.

At the brewpub today. Hazy orange pour, average medium carbonation and the expected fruity apricot aroma. Flavor was slightly creamy, rich with apricot and finished light. Another solid TH fruit beer offering.

Tap at the brewpub. Light copper pour with a thin white head. Sweet friuty apricot aroma. Flavor is very floral, tastes like rose petals more than apricots, but very nice none the less.
