Aroma of malty sweetness, orange zest, grassy, floral, ginger and tea. Flavor was a mix of the same. The hops were giving off some interesting spicy notes...ginger and a few other ingredients used in Chinese food. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with an average white head that slowly dissipates to a fine film and white ring, with some nice lacing Aroma of golden grain malt, some citrus zest, grassy hops and a touch of lemon. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated, crisp clean cut with some golden grain malt and grassy hop flavors.
