On draft at the brewery. Copper in colour with meduim carbonation. Very hoppy aromas of grapefuit, tropical fruit, and both pale and cara malts. The hops take over completely in the mouth, with notes of white grapefruit, leaves, orange, and black pepper. Medium bodied. Forceful, but not over the top bitterness. Lovely lovely hop juice!

Copper pour with a small beige head. Rich nose of citrus and floral hops. Fresh, wet citrus hops dominate the taste. Just lightly floral, a bit of resin, and some caramel. Flavor just comes though so intense, yet approachable. Damn, this is good stuff!

Copper color with a medium head. Viney and screaming hop aroma. Good god... more hops than are possible in a beer. I usually complain that brewers neglect flavor hops. Not so in this one. Might as well have pulled down a hop fine and started chewing on it. Very vegetal, citrusy and a bit of pine. Moderate malt background, but basically just a hop puree.

Growler shipped right after the release thanks to Mistofminn on BA. Arrived very fresh and awesome, with hop cones in growler. Clear reddish amber color with a large creamy white head and great lacing. Aroma is loads of fresh hops, mostly piney and resinous. Really smells great. Flavor is just a little sweet caramel malt, and then loads of fresh hops, pine and resin, not much citrus character. Must have used different hops from Masala Mama. Great palate: medium body with good carbonation and an intense lingering bitterness that destroys your palate. This is about as good as an IPA gets.

Growler from Scott. Pours bright rusty orange with white head. Nose of fresh C hops. There’s a definate fresh hop twang. Drinks pretty good.
