Appearance: clear, pale golden color, full, chalk-white head, frim and lasting. Aroma: soft hops, drizzled with lemon and flowers, delicate fruit and spice. Taste: very clean, bordering on dry, with an pleasant, subtle flavor. The aim with this one was a witbier without so much of the orange and coriander. I think that was well accomplished. Light bodied, with a sly, citric finish that fades gently. Goes down sooo smoothly! this will please those who want an easy drinker, with just enough taste but not too much,... fruity brew afficianados, and wheat beer fanatics can rejoice while this one is on tap. A session brew, and a thirst quencher, as well.

Hazy yellow color with a medium, fizzy head. Weak aroma of wheat and spice. This has a healthy dose of wheat flavor, but there is an odd mix of raw grains feed-mill-style that throws it off. Oddly a bit fruity too.

Cloudly Gold Coloring with Off White Head. Malt and Wheat Aroma. Citrusy Fruit Notes With a Solid Wheat Presence. Light Spices. Sweet and Dry Ending. Bit More Wheat Then I Personally Care for, But Definitly a Nice Drinkable Brew.

I can’t figure out what they were going for here. Strangely sweet. There is grapefruit citrus in he aroma and flavor. It is lacking in wheat. I tasted very little wheat at all, and I expected more from a brewery that makes a world class hefeweizen and good wit. Comparable to Rogue Half e weizen, but not as powerful in the aroma or flavor.
