Jul 6, 2007 Updated: Jul 16, 2007Super Centennial is the correct rating. On cask. Well hopped aroma with some citrus, it is very full not not complex in the aroma. Flavor has a base of sweet malt, with bitter pine and citrus. Very smooth from tap, and leaves a light hop burn.

Jul 4, 2007 RBSG 2007 Pub Crawl - on draft at the brewpub. Clear light amber with a white head. Very nice white lace. Fruity sweet citrus nose. Rather intense bitter flavor, lots of grapefruit rind over light caramel. Some piney notes. Good!

Jul 3, 2007 Draft… RBSG 07… Hazy golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Citrusy, earthy aroma conveys notes of grapefruit, orange and pine. Well-balanced, PNW IPA flavor. Loads of lupulin, but enough caramel malt to hold things together. Medium-bodied with a coarse mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Biting, medium bitter finish.

Jun 30, 2007 Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours clear golden orange, with a white head. Aroma is very citric and hoppy with a mild malty profile beneath. Flavour is very grapefruit citric only vague malt presence. Goes into a strong and long lasting bitter finish.

Jun 28, 2007 Lightly hazed deep amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, orange/grapefruit, somewhat dry finish. Medium body, light resin. A straightforward, hoppy IPA-ish APA, very good display of Centennial.

Jun 28, 2007 RBSG 2007 Pub Crawl: Poured a clear copper color with a white head. Aroma, bright citrus and pine hops with a little bit of biscuity malts. Flavor, pale malts up front with a nice citrus and floral hop finish. Very nice pale ale.

Jun 26, 2007 On tap at Town Hall during the RBSG 2007 Pub Crawl. Clear amber body with a medium creamy white head. Piney hops aroma. Strong piney hops flavor but somewhat unbalanced.

Jun 25, 2007 RBSG 2007. The beer pours to a glowing amber/copper colored body with a thin white head and nice lacing. A super slow carbonation. The aroma is catty it’s got so much centennial hops in it. The flavor is malty and crisp up front and has a nice centennial kick on the back end. Simple but very well made. (Like JW Lees is to it’s style). Very malty. Seems like Maris Otter. The palate is crisp and refreshing. Bitter lingering on the palate. Very nice.
