nimbleprop (570), Washington, Washington DC, USA Aug 7, 2008 12oz bottle via trade with Ogglethorp. Thanks Brian! Pours a translucent dark orangey brown with a foamy, lacing slightly off white head. Very pleasant aroma with floral hop buds, crackers, spice, grass and a little bit of barley. Flavor is just as good with plenty of orange, biscuits, crackers, flowers and a touch of pine. Finish is sweet and clean. This would be a great session beer as it’s really well balanced. I enjoyed this a lot, they could make this a year round beer and I bet it would sell. Pastor (245), Maine, USA Aug 1, 2008 Thanks to a couple of BA’s for this one
Bottle poured into a pint glass produced a good finger worth of whit fluffy head. The body of this beer was amber to dark copper in color
Typical Biscuit yeast and light hops on the nose of this brew

Great drinking brew glad I had it would love to try it with fish and chips for the full effect. Thanks again Guys
dmac (833), Toms River, New Jersey, USA Jul 12, 2008 12 oz bottle from Capones. Pours a clear red with an average to slightly above average size bubbly off white head. Aroma of very sweet malt, toffee and bread. Medium body that is an easy sipper. Flavor has a slight syrupy sweetness undertone with a concentration on the malts that is finished with some nice floral hops. Sort of reminds me of a Bit O’ Honey candy bar from back in the day, well if it was made into a muffin. Good stuff. michael-pollack (1360), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 8, 2008 12oz. Bottle: Aroma of toasted malts, piney hops, resin, caramel, and cream. Poured dark orange/light brown in color with a medium-sized, creamy, rocky, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is a little sweet and a little bitter. Tastes of piney hops, toasted malts, and caramel. Medium body. Slightly sticky texture is also a bit thin. Soft to average carbonation. Creamy toasted malt finish. Sammy (3023), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 6, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Dr. Jay.
