Jan 24, 2008 (12oz bottle, thanks mj) Muddy copper body atop beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, clove, some caramel, light bubblegum. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, bubblegum, some clove, light banana, faint alcohol. Some dryness in the finish. Medium body, low carbonation.

Apr 29, 2008 Bottle from Dickinsonbeer. Brown color, cloudy. Banana, clove citrus and yeast in the aroma. Caramelly banana sweet flavor, slightly alcoholic. Medium bodied. Pleasant weizenbock.

Mar 22, 2008 Bottle courtesy of The_Epeeist: Pours a hazy copper amber with a nicely-lacing froth of white head. Sweet caramel and bready German yeasty nose has a good clove presence and some banana esters. Body starts fairly full and rich with good malty wheat sweetness and nice balance of clove spice and light citrus before an authentic bready yeasty finish. A very nice weizenbock.

Jan 20, 2008 12oz bottle (thanks Tom for brining these back for me!). Poured a deeper and cloudy brownish color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of cloves, bananas, yeast, wheat, and more spices. Tastes of spices, lighter bananas, bread, and yeast.
