Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, bubblegum, some clove, light banana, faint alcohol. Some dryness in the finish. Caramelly banana sweet flavor, slightly alcoholic. Medium bodied. Pleasant weizenbock. Sweet caramel and bready German yeasty nose has a good clove presence and some banana esters. Body starts fairly full and rich with good malty wheat sweetness and nice balance of clove spice and light citrus before an authentic bready yeasty finish. Poured a deeper and cloudy brownish color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of cloves, bananas, yeast, wheat, and more spices. Tastes of spices, lighter bananas, bread, and yeast.
