Commercial Description:
A Belgian Style beer that is perfect for the winter months. This beer has a nice coriander aroma with a subtle hop flavor. The Belgian two-row malt adds a nice aromatic aroma. Candy sugar added in the kettle helps to raise the alcohol level but lowers the body of the beer, making the beer very drinkable. Will do nicely a an after dinner drink. Pairs well with chicken and fish.

Strong pear aroma with banana notes. Fruity esters in nose. Cloudy amber body with thick rocky white head. A wolf in sheep's clothing, however. Pear taste was overwhelming. Musty tones in body finshed with an off-flavor chemical-like taste. Not good...

For a small brewpub in NJ, this is a pretty good belgian style ale. Banana and cloves in the nose, pale orange color and a frothy head. Yeasty, estery taste predominate. A slighlty cardboard-like aftertaste lost some point with me.

Grapefruit, orange and vanilla nose. Pale golden body, brussels lace. Orange taste, nice bitter hops flavor, that last long. Fullmouth finish.
