on tap-pours a foamy white head with hazy pale yellow color. Aroma is wheat, clove. Taste is wheat, clove, musty, mild.

Dec 5, 2002 For a small brewpub in NJ, this is a pretty good belgian style ale. Banana and cloves in the nose, pale orange color and a frothy head. Yeasty, estery taste predominate. A slighlty cardboard-like aftertaste lost some point with me.

Dec 4, 2002 Grapefruit, orange and vanilla nose. Pale golden body, brussels lace. Orange taste, nice bitter hops flavor, that last long. Fullmouth finish.
