Commercial Description: Belgian brewers are well known for adding fruit and spices to beer. This parctice has been around for about four hundered years and still continues to this day. I used fifty pounds of butternut squash with some cinnamon and clove to give this beer a unique aroma and taste. Will pair nicely with fish, pork and fruit desserts.
