Aromas of toasty malt, toffee, sherry, light tomatoey notes, moderate date notes, lightly roasty, and a hint of raisiny fruit along with woody and alcohol aromas. Flavor is caramel, raisins, toffee, toasty malt, and alcohol. Aftertaste is medium dry, but starts sweet up front. Malty flavor for sure throughout. Fuller body, low CO2, warming alcohol.
