The aroma is lightly sweet, some smoke, bready malts, very light caramel. The flavour is mildly malty, some peppermint, caramel and bready malts, light smoke. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes lightering with a moderate bitterness. Showing signs of age one year past the date.
