(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear dark golden with a small, off-white head. Sort of fat, unclean aroma. Medium body with malty yet rather dry notes. Has a very special and not too pleasant gasoline tang that really takes some getting used to. 040906

500ml bottle from <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/england/ target=blank>The Beer Shop in London, England. Orange-copper in colour, quickly dissipating thin tan coloured head, some lacing. The aroma is lightly sweet, some smoke, bready malts, very light caramel. The flavour is mildly malty, some peppermint, caramel and bready malts, light smoke. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes lightering with a moderate bitterness. Showing signs of age one year past the date.

Best Before September 2005.
