The aroma is very sweet, lots of sugar, toffee and malt. The flavour is of gingerbread, toffee, light alcohol, earthy. Mildly bitter mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation. Finishes with some faint alcohol, fairly sweet and lingering. Oxidation has set in almost a year past the BB date.
