Traverse Elk River Ale

Draft at Traverse Brewing. Small ivory head and fine-very large sized bubbles that mostly diminished. Transparent, uncarbonated and a reddish brown hue. Aroma was malty and caramel. Flavor was the same as the aroma. Smooth mouthfeel and fair lacing.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of fine to medium sized mostly lasting off-white hued bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body was uncarbonated transparent and brown in color. The aroma was mild with malty and slight brown malt notes. The mouth feel was tingly and lingered in the finish. The flavor contained notes of mild brown malts and mild hops.
