Bottled: Intersting complex notes of grain, fruity notes of sweet oranges, some spices. Dark yellow, light orang and very hazy color. Nearly no head. Flavor is grainy, light sweet, spicy and very tasty. Notes of oranges and coriander. Dry end with herbal bitter hops. Very tasty, interesting brew.

Pours dark blond. Med carb. Probably wrong pour but this one full of sediment. Med body. Nice yeasty taste. Malt profile is interesting and complex. Would drink again.

750ml from SAQ. Pours semi clear yellow with small head. Short retention. Nose yeasty esters, some spice (cloves) and some banana. Taste is estery and spicy. Hints of banana. Light alcohol. Get a bit watery by the end.

Bouteille 750ml.

A golden hazy ale with a thick white head. A nice herbal malt aroma, orange notes, a bit of catnip. In mouth, a sweetish malt with yeast, curacao, very herbal, but a bit thin. Bottle from SAQ, tasted Sept. 6 2009.

Bottle: Poured a medium amber color ale with a quite large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of grain with a bready yeast that is quite dominant. Taste is also dominated by loads of grain and fresh cereal with a bready yeast and minimal hops. Body is quite full with limited filtration and good carbonation with no signs of the alcohol. I really enjoyed the cereal taste but would have wished a more discreet yeast strain.

750 ml bottle, bought at the SAQ Laval (Centropolis) September 12, 2009. Honey Blonde, thin head. Aroma of crunchy cereal maltiness, slightly spicy. Taste cereal unknown to me, let say that spelt and millet, I do not know what it tastes like, hardly malty, very dry aftertaste. It’s bearable!
