| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 31, 2009 The aroma is nothing special with paper, malt, dust, and grassy hops. The appearance is light amber with a two finger head. The flavor is like the aroma with a bitter sweet finish. The palate is typical for the style. Overall a pretty average beer.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 21, 2009 The aroma is heavy ringwood yeast. Pale malts, flowery hop. Nice toffee/caramel backbone.
The thick honey-colored, beautiful lacing.
More heavy ringwood flavor. English pale malts. More of a flowery hop too.
Bready, dry feel; somewhat fizzy. A solid, bready yeast-laden IPA. Very English with a fizzy hop. Cletus (5059), Connecticut, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 30, 2009 Updated: Jun 12, 2009"Hey! Looky here" I said as I pushed the cart down the chilled aisle at the local Hannafords. I’ll grab a sixer of this...I’ve never heard of it......Upon closer inspection it is a cleverly disguised Shipyard product. A brownish amber with a fizzy head. Thin caramel and some twingy hops. Buttery finish. Blah.
