johndoughty (2150), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England May 9, 2009 Bottle. Clear and golden. Taste was slightly cardboard like. Not a pleasant experience. D (537), Poland Jul 22, 2006 I liked this one. A good, full bodied lager with slight bitterness and nice looking foam. Drinks very well. Emil (6075), Copenhagen, Denmark Nov 22, 2005 Bottle. Golden colour with a big white head. Very hars hay aroma and a light sweet malty, hay taste. Medium body and a hay finish. To much hay in this one. TBone (6675), Pori, Finland Apr 3, 2005 Bottled, labelled Three Bears Classic
Very pale yellow, small but steady white head. Malty, slightly harsh nose. Malty, sweet esters in the flavor. Light malty aftertaste. Another boring brew from this brewery. Oakes (8057), gone rambling, Vietnam Aug 22, 2004 Light straw colour, clear. Thin white head. Aroma is peachy, slightly berryish. Crisp flavour, with a fresh berryish, hoppy character. Refreshing, if slightly spritzy lager. Boystout (900), Chisinau, Moldova Aug 18, 2004 Bottled. Pale straw, thin head, slightly fruity and hoppy. Dryish aftertaste. Bland. bierkoning (5987), La Tropica, Netherlands Mar 2, 2004 Firm head. Grassy, just a bit hoppy aroma and flavor. Hint of apple. Bitter afteratste, a bit sulphury. Medium bodied. Not an entirely clean palate, but there are worse Russian beers...
